Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

If you did not receive a delivery email or access credentials due to a service issue (e.g., spam filtering or email delivery error), please contact support@nulledgeek.me with your order details. We may request additional proof (such as screenshots or support ticket logs) to verify the issue.

⬇️ Download or Access Issues

If you are unable to download or access your product, we recommend first checking your browser, firewall, or network settings, as these are the most common causes of download issues. All products are tested to work on major browsers. If the problem persists, our team will assist in troubleshooting and finding a solution.

🐞 Critical or Irreparable Defects

If a product contains critical errors that prevent it from functioning as promised, please report the issue to our Support Team. Refunds may be considered if the issue is proven irreparable and confirmed by our product team.

❌ Product Not-As-Described

If a product significantly differs from its description, screenshots, demo, or video overview, please contact us. These requests are handled case-by-case. We strongly encourage all users to review available demos, screenshots, and product details before purchasing to avoid misunderstandings.

⏳ Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After that period, our Support Team will continue to assist you with any product-related issues, but refunds will no longer be considered.
